At 25Gems™ your satisfaction with your purchases is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can provide a return authorization code, (RMA), and assist you with an exchange or return for a full refund of the item/s purchase prices.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please note, any item returned must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging with tags attached. If you are exchanging an item, you will be charged the same shipping charge rate for the method you chose when placing your original order, and the same shipping method with be used to ship your exchange item. If you request an exchange item that is not in stock, we will contact you so you can choose a different item or opt for a refund instead.
25Gems™ reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the requirements to receive a refund specified above are not met.
